MLK Jr. Day: Thomas Sowell on Civil Rights, Revs. Jackson and Sharpton, and Enforced Equality.

It is Martin Luther King Jr. Day. In honor of the day, I present a piece from Thomas Sowell in which he discusses his point of view on the civil rights movement (in my opinion, the correct view), modern day “civil rights leaders” like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, and the real impacts of government-enforced equality. I consider Thomas Sowell to be one of most effective wielders of rhetoric in the modern world, if not the most effective, and this interview is no exception.
